New microfluidics device to determine bacteria's antibiotic resistance

This microfluidic technology uses microscale electric field gradients, acting on extremely small samples, to tell the difference between the two strains (antibiotic-resistant and antibiotic-susceptible) of Staphylococcus epidermidis.
